Care

Your cat is cast in resin, painted by hand and protected with a lacquer. It needs very little, but a few habits will keep it looking new for years.

Cleaning

  • Dust it with a soft, dry cloth or a microfibre duster.
  • For a mark, use a cloth barely dampened with water, then dry it straight away.
  • Never use solvents, alcohol, household cleaners or anything abrasive: they can dull the lacquer and lift the paint.

Where to put it

  • We recommend indoor use.
  • Avoid long hours of direct sunlight and spots right next to a radiator or fireplace. Strong light and heat can fade colours over time.

With real cats around

At 2.4 kg the sculpture is stable, but a curious cat on a narrow shelf can still push it over. Give it a wide, flat surface. It is a decorative object, not a toy.
